Following a problem with my car, equipped with a 1.2 PureTech engine (a cracked timing belt), I received very poor service at the Briey dealership, which didn't even bother to look at my vehicle. Fortunately, I turned to the garage in Sainte-Marie-aux-Chênes, which immediately took my situation seriously.
The welcome was warm, and the team was competent and responsive. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the timing belt, thus preventing a serious breakdown. It's so rare to find such a reliable and attentive garage!

The garage was offered by my insurance company.
The replacement vehicle was in a catastrophic state: a flat tire (which they changed before I left), a dirty car, malfunctioning power windows, a cracked windshield, and a service reminder. I finally returned the vehicle the very next morning when I noticed the windshield wipers were completely worn out and that using them completely obstructed my view. I couldn't possibly leave my car with a garage that takes such poor care of its own vehicles.
