Second visit to this garage for bodywork (a rearview mirror a few months ago and a complete door replacement this month).
Every time I contacted them (in person or by phone), I received a very warm welcome. At reception, the receptionist is always friendly, smiling, and accommodating (a vehicle with an ISOFIX attachment for a car seat is available).
For the work, the bodywork specialist is very friendly and very professional, both for the photos of the appraisal and for the work itself. He explained the work to me, and everything was very well done. The very pleasant little extra was the washing of my car, both inside and out. This is the first garage that does both for me.
Today, I am delighted to have found a little garage that I trust and where I receive a warm welcome. I can't imagine leaving my car anywhere else. I recommend them with my eyes closed!

Hello, following an accident involving our Clio 5 in November, the garage we chose was Renault SYLDA in Sainte-Marie-des-Champs. The appraisal was done, and an appointment was made with the secretary for the repair. Our vehicle was perfectly repaired, like new, perfect, nothing to complain about, and the secretary was friendly, welcoming, and able to answer all our questions. The vehicle was loaned to us for our car's repair for 15 days. We received it clean and well-maintained, and the bodywork mechanic was professional, both in terms of their language and technique. I highly recommend this official Renault Dacia garage. You can trust them; their reliability and professionalism are the hallmarks.

Sent twice by my insurance company for bodywork repairs (and rightly so), I was very well received, and the paperwork for the assessment was already prepared upon arrival. They provided a loaner vehicle during the repairs and were always very accommodating. As for the bodywork specialist, I dealt with the same person both times. I'm not in the trade, but he does fantastic work! This employee truly deserves it! If I needed this type of work done without having had an accident, I would go there without hesitation! It's difficult these days to find true professionals with such skilled hands... The vehicle was returned washed on the outside (obviously, for bodywork, that goes without saying...). But above all, they took great care with the interior cleaning. I hope that if I ever need your services again, you'll still be there.
