The team takes the time to listen to the customer's needs, ask the right questions, and offer tailored solutions, whether for purchasing a new or used vehicle, or for maintenance. The explanations are clear, precise, and easy to understand, even for those who aren't experts in mechanics or cars. There's a genuine commitment to transparency, both regarding the services offered and the deadlines and prices. The staff is available, responsive, and attentive, which immediately inspires confidence. The premises are clean, well-organized, and pleasant, with a comfortable waiting area. The workshop seems well-equipped and professional, and the follow-up on work is meticulous. The promised deadlines are met, which is especially valuable when you rely on your vehicle daily. A human-sized agency where customer service is truly taken seriously. I wholeheartedly recommend this Peugeot dealership for its professionalism, welcoming atmosphere, and the quality of its services.

After my engine oil light came on while I was on the motorway, I went to this dealership for an emergency service, and they took care of me immediately. I want to emphasize the quality of service and the helpfulness of the staff. I had my car serviced that same morning at a Peugeot dealership (Autosphere 86), but they didn't grasp the urgency of the situation and refused to deal with the problem. Thank you again; such excellent customer service is rare, but you've mastered it perfectly.

Shameful. Zero service, zero humanity. Avoid at all costs. Following a series of faulty charging stations, I found myself with only 7 km of range remaining. My only hope: the Peugeot garage located near my vehicle. I called them in all good faith, simply asking to be able to charge a few percentage points, just enough to reach a working station. The response? A categorical refusal. The attendant explained that they were "unable to charge." I then offered to pay well above the actual cost, simply to get a gesture, some help, a little understanding. Nothing worked. Despite my insistence and my obvious dismay, she turned to the workshop manager. And again: NO. Cold, dry, without discussion. No alternative offered, no listening, not the slightest effort to help a driver in difficulty. Fortunately, I was able to count on the kindness of the Crédit Agricole bank staff, as well as the solidarity of a local resident. Two strangers, however, showed a kindness that this garage is completely incapable of offering. A garage with a frosty reception: avoid at all costs.

The vehicle was taken care of quickly, and the promised timeframe was respected. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The price was reasonable. Don't hesitate to get quotes from them. We were delighted to have our vehicle back.

Catastrophic after-sales service Zero responsiveness My 80-year-old parents bought a new 208 four months ago, after a month with a Christmas tree on the dashboard. The reversing camera was diagnosed as broken, which was causing the faults. The part was supposedly ordered three months ago. It still hasn't arrived, and the car is still broken down. Avoid Peugeot garages and brands. When it's not the engine belts, it's the electronics. Good luck with your future purchase. Be patient; it's not our fault, it's Peugeot. This is the answer we'll give you.
