Extremely kind service. Our ignition key had stopped working. A mechanic gave us a solution over the phone to restart the car (a Peugeot 3008). We went to the garage to have the key reset. It was done in just a few minutes.

Beware, there's a problem with overcharging, and it's very difficult to even get a greeting, even for regular customers. I'm seriously considering changing garages; there are people who would be delighted to have our business. The little gentleman who's often on the right side of the desk could use a little lesson in customer service. At the hourly rate they charge, a simple "hello" would seem like a good start.
Again, you're lucky to have a job, young man, and if this line of work isn't for you, CHANGE JOB!!!

Engine light problem "get repaired". On vacation (start of stay), the garage listened (unlike its competitor) and despite its busy schedule, resolved the problem in 30 minutes. Thank you very much, we were able to enjoy our vacation.

I was there because I received a recall for the "MXZ fuel line" on my 408 while I was on vacation.
The colleague at the reception desk was confident and wanted to help me. However, after a brief conversation with his supervisor, I was turned away, with the explanation that I would be able to make it home (a 1,600 km drive).
