I made an appointment by phone for 4:00 PM, and it was supposed to last 20 minutes for a flat tire.
I sent a paid employee because I couldn't get there due to a domestic accident, and they told him there would be a minimum wait of 45 minutes.
Because the appointment was made on the platform, not at the store!!
I called the platform right now and explained my dissatisfaction. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting, the operator explained: they don't answer the phone, but you'll have your vehicle at 4:30 PM.
I told him: Hurry them, or I'll leave a negative review online.
He said something like: Okay, goodbye!
So I have to pay 30 minutes with payroll taxes, more than the tire repair for that, these days...!!!

Hello, I would like to leave a review for this garage. They offer excellent advice.
They always repair my vehicle well and detect any faults immediately.
They recommend and respect customer requests.
Friendly, courteous, and pleasant service, always with a smile (it's nice to hear that).
They replaced my left drive shaft. We've had numerous invoices. They always maintain the garage very well.
I've even gone so far as to say that they work miracles!
It melts much better than some competitors, compared to some dealerships.
Irreproachable value for money! So I give it five stars without hesitation.
And I highly recommend this garage.
Don't denigrate Feu Vert.
They do a much better job than some dealerships or other competitors.
And I thank the entire Feu Vert team for listening to me, the customer.
