I recently purchased a new Opel Corsa from the Opel dealership in Saintes. Malcolm Gouault, the used car sales advisor, was very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to obtain the "Check+" certificate for the vehicle in record time, even giving up his free time to achieve this result.
He fulfilled all his commitments: the vehicle was clean, the paint was touched up, floor mats were installed, and a new key was provided.
In short, he really made us want to contact him again when we need a new vehicle. He deserves 5 stars without hesitation.

I purchased a 2023 MG Marvel R from this dealership today. Everything was handled remotely, as I live two hours away and didn't see the vehicle in person or even test drive it. The trust was mutual, and I received my car in impeccable condition. It's like new despite having 75,000 km on the clock. The service was exemplary, and they truly listened to my needs. I highly recommend them. 🙏🙏

Avoid this place at all costs. The incompetent workshop manager strings us along with empty promises, but the vehicle remains problematic despite being under warranty and leased.
I recommend going to a competitor or another city.

Achat d'une mg neuve avec une très longue garantie, la poignée n'est plus fonctionnelle en janvier 2025, prise de contact, commande de la pièce. Et commencent "les péripéties" après de nombreuses relances, pas de poignée...
Au bout de 7 mois on nous informe que personne ne connait le dossier.
Après 8 mois c'est autour de la poignée conducteur...
On reçoit enfin un poignée et prenons rdv pour l'installer et premier lapin du garage.
Si il n'y avait qu'un lapin ... Nous en sommes à, en presque un ans , trois rendez-vous non honorés par le garage. Absence de service client et les problèmes sur le véhicule s'accumulent.
Il est grand de temps de faire preuve de professionnalisme.
L'aspect commercial pour vendre le véhicule semble de qualité, le reste dont le service après-vente est catastrophique.
