Very bad customer service! We had an incident on the highway and these incompetent employees were unwilling to help us to find a new wheel. No knowledge in English and not willing to cooperate. Don’t go here ! We waited all day for they to help us before driving to another workshop that fixed it in 10 minutes

Very bad experience – the other reviews here are surprising given the poor quality of service, the lengthy repair time (3 months in my case), and the team's lack of communication; I had to call back regularly for updates. Furthermore, since our Citroën was purchased outside the Citroën network, we were given the implication that we weren't a priority. This dealership is not recommended. A complaint has been filed.

Finally in possession of my C3 hybrid. The perfect car for a "retiree" who cares about comfort with some engine performance. After 1,000 km, including 650 on the highway, the average fuel consumption was 5.3 l/100 km. The lively engine provided good response in all gears. Citroën comfort included. Congratulations to Sébastien, who brilliantly addressed the needs of an impatient customer. His service was impeccable. Congratulations also to the Chaumont dealership and its manager for preparing the vehicle for faster delivery.
