This was my first time at this garage, on a friend's recommendation. I had gotten an online quote for the manufacturer's recommended 150,000 km service. I didn't notice, but only the oil change was done. It's a shame because my engine warning light is on. I'll have to go back to another garage for this problem. What's more, the price I paid was much higher than the online quote. Luckily, the staff were friendly.

Tires ordered online were delivered directly to the center in Salaise-sur-Sanne, very easily. Appointments for fitting were also made online. I was unsure whether the tires would actually be delivered directly to the center, so I asked customer service on the website, and the Salaise center called me very quickly to confirm. Perfect. The welcome was very friendly and with a smile, which isn't always the case in this type of center, so it's worth mentioning. They took my vehicle right on time. Fitting was completed within the promised timeframe, less than an hour for all four tires. No complaints whatsoever. You can go to this center with complete peace of mind.

Knowing that it was my wife who brought the vehicle in, I didn't get a very positive experience at the service center. The mechanic threw the cleaning products I had in the trunk into the bottom of the trunk and tried to force it closed manually, even though it's electric. Not very professional.

My vehicle was serviced very quickly (tire order and fitting in less than a week), there were no delays, and the staff was very welcoming. My vehicle was returned to me as clean as I had left it with the technicians. Thank you, Euromaster!
