Super disappointed by this lack of professionalism! We contacted our insurance at 12:15 p.m., the repair was scheduled for 1:45 p.m. Mr. contacted me at 1:30 p.m. to tell me that he would be available and on site only at 2:30 p.m. I then canceled 2 important appointments, but after noticing his absence at 3 p.m. we contacted him and he told us that he would come at 4 p.m. Mr. finally arrived at 4:45 p.m. and informed my partner of his presence after opening our car without warning us.
I am sad to have to post this review and would have preferred to post a positive one.

I rented the courtesy car. Super convenient. The garage even recommended some pretty villages to see. The Clio took me to the seaside! Perfect in every way! Friendly and helpful

Super fast and efficient repairs, with direct contact with the repair service and insurance (which is not listed in their establishment), which allowed me to avoid paying the repair bill in advance. The guys at the garage are super friendly and helpful, I recommend them!!

The tow truck driver was notified before 5 PM, but he arrived after 6 PM, even though the garage was only 5 minutes from my car. He was awful; he decided he didn't want to do the repair that evening, so he postponed it until the next day. I went back the following day because I didn't trust his methods, and I'm glad I did. He came back in a terrible mood, acting completely recklessly, saying he didn't care and that if anything was damaged, the insurance would pay. I had to get angry and take matters into my own hands, and my car was quickly towed away without any damage. I'm reporting this for future reference because I find this way of thinking and these working methods appalling.
