They repair our truck and not want tell repair costs beacsue we paid fleet card! Also guys "don't know" how much costs parts.... totaly misunderstanding.

I'd like to share a bad experience I had with Pyrame Salon Poids Lourds (Heavy Goods Vehicle Salon).
I requested assistance for a truck that was stuck, wouldn't move, and remained in neutral. There was no air intake problem, as the driver had checked it.
So, the verdict: I paid €352.77 for a service call to Miramas Clesud, and no diagnosis was even performed. I find this very expensive, and they refuse to acknowledge the problem. I consider this amount unjustified for a service call without any diagnosis. Don't pay before receiving a service that hasn't been provided.

Friendly and great service, but unfortunately, I waited an incredibly long time for the repair. My appointment was for 8:00, I arrived on time. The work started, and the driving was the same. 🤦♂️ They could have told me to arrive at 3:00 PM, and it would have been different. I stood in their parking lot from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM waiting for the repair. !!! And time was running out!! I lost at least 4 hours of driving 😡🤬 and work. Prices?? Hmmm, it's France, for belts, a pulley, and the work, but in Poland I would have put in four sets of non-original ones for that price. And two sets of original Volvos. The repair was quick and efficient.
--☆ FOR THE TIME I LOST EVEN THOUGH I WAS ON TIME.
--☆ AND I'M TAKING A SECOND STAR FOR THE PRICE. 🤷♂️

Super nice mechanic (Alexis) I had an appointment at 2 p.m. for a flat tire, he took me early, I recommend this garage! Thanks to them.
