Called in for advice and guidance on an engine fault. The female on reception seemed to go the extra mile in order to put obstacles in the way of service delivery.
Very solemn, very unhelpful.
Was given advice by a very helpful, English speaking car salesman... I don't recall his name but his attitude was different altogether. Extremely nice chap.

If you are not French you should avoid this garage at all costs. They give rude and abrupt reception and customer service to anyone who is not French.
I have had the misfortune to be forced to use this garage twice in the last seven years (I avoid it if at all possible), and both times found the reception staff to be sullen, unco-operative and not even able to muster a minimal level of politeness towards non-French customers.
It is not because of my communication skills in French - I've lived and worked here for the past 10 years and can communicate perfectly well on both a professional and personal level.

Very friendly and fast service in the middle of Sarlat-la-Canéda. Only the coffee was a small disappointment, but that is not the most important thing in a garage.
