I recently purchased a 2008 with the help of Mr. Gian Caramel. It was a pleasure working with him; he was very attentive even after the purchase, understanding, and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if I want to change vehicles. I highly recommend using his services.

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. We received excellent service from the salesman, Gian Caramel, who took the time to answer our questions and let us test drive the vehicle. Honest and professional, I highly recommend them.

I'm leaving this message to reassure those who, like me, had rightly fled this dealership. It was indeed a place to be denounced, and even... downright creepy! (Except for the friendly mechanic). Today, the place has been revamped: tidy parking, welcoming interior, big smiles and the team's presence, kindness from Loïc, the workshop manager, team cohesion, attentiveness, effective service, loaner car, easy appointment booking, etc. It's a real relief!

Beware of a tourist scam!
My campervan, which I rent out, was reported as broken down by the renter (80 years old), who claimed that third gear wouldn't engage. After ten days of phone calls, the "workshop manager" finally agreed to do a test drive and told me that the clutch needed replacing, with a quote of €2,300!
Following a mix-up on his part, when I asked him if the gears shifted properly (he replied that they did, but "it wasn't great"), I decided to go and collect the vehicle myself. To my surprise, I arrived with a bill for €54 for a simple "test drive," and, more importantly, the realization that everything was working perfectly.
The elderly renter, used to driving an automatic car, panicked and didn't press the clutch pedal firmly enough. The result: a four-hour drive home, without any problems. My trusted mechanic, whom I consulted upon arrival, confirmed that the clutch is in perfect condition.
This "garage" is clearly taking advantage of tourists' urgency and panic to scam them. Judging by the numerous comments, I'm not the only one in this situation. I will be filing a complaint with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) on Monday.
