They are incompetent, I have never seen anything like it. If you care about your vehicle, run away! They are not capable of changing an exhaust, they give you lame excuses. And they are not capable of detecting other clearly visible problems. And in response to the manager, I went back to your dump twice to fix the problem, your teams were so incompetent that I had to manage it myself. I don't go to a professional to have to deal with this kind of problem!

I strongly advise against it.
I bought a 5-year-old vehicle from them for €12,000.
It wasn't great at all. The car was very poorly cleaned. The front discs and pads needed replacing, as stipulated in the MOT, but they weren't done!
A month later, I found myself stuck on the highway.
If that were all there was to it, you could say it was just bad luck.
But the car was returned to their workshop due to a shake and poor alignment, and it came out intact, just as it came in, with the same problem!
And finally, the anti-theft nut no longer matches the nuts on my rims because it was forced.
Not a reliable team at all.
Really very disappointed. Stay away.

I had both doors replaced in this garage which was unfortunately imposed on me by my insurance and which is far from where I live. They did not come to pick up my car with a flatbed, but an employee came and drove my car to Sarralbe, 45km from my home (!!), fuel at my expense (!!!) 1.5 years later, I noticed water infiltration at one of these doors (rear passenger, as a driver, I don't go there very often). After removing the door trim, a botched job presented itself to me, the soundproofing foam which also provides the seal is torn in several places and poorly glued. This garage insists that I have to take half a day off work and travel 100km to come there so that they can see the problem with their own eyes (to tell me that I should have noticed the problem earlier and that it is up to me to pay). No negotiation to be able to send photos first. It's the customer who pays for the mistakes of the incompetent... Conclusion: Non-existent sales department and questionable professional skills - I do not recommend.
