The receptionist is very unpleasant on the phone and also once you're there! She's a very strange woman; she speaks rudely to her colleague in front of customers. As for the mechanic, no complaints; he takes the time to explain the repairs.

Appointment scheduled for 7:30 a.m. 2 weeks ago
to perform a diagnostic at this garage.
On the day of the appointment, the secretary (very unpleasant and unprofessional) told me that if the engine light was no longer present, the vehicle would not be serviced. Without trying to understand, she suggested I drive around town until the light came back on.
I explained to this person that I had broken down several times and that once the engine light came on, it was no longer possible to restart the vehicle, leaving it stuck in the middle of the street, creating a real traffic jam, as a breakdown could occur at any time and unexpectedly.
Clearly, this person didn't want to take care of my vehicle or perform a diagnostic, nothing, despite my presence at the appointed time for the appointment, using a bogus excuse. (Returning once the vehicle has broken down, and how do I move the vehicle that doesn't accelerate by pushing it all over town through traffic?)
Why didn't they use a simple suitcase to read the error codes??? And charge me for the diagnosis?
Simply out of lack of motivation, out of disrespect for future customers.
Disappointed with this garage, I advise you not to go there.
I give it a zero.

Zero reception
A real waste of time.
Run away.
