Engine control unit (ECU) problem.
My vehicle was immobilized at this garage for three months.
Calls, follow-ups, a visit to get an estimate... never received!
To be fair, they are very kind and welcoming! Mr. Piffaut is living in a dream world and only comes crashing down to earth every time I call!
To top it all off: Tired of constantly calling them, I hired a tow truck to pick up the vehicle and take it to another mechanic.
This new mechanic called me today to inform me that the ECU causing the problem isn't in the vehicle... So, it's back to square one with the follow-ups, the back-and-forth between mechanics, etc.
My advice: if your vehicle breaks down and your insurance company suggests towing it there, refuse! Even if it means paying to go to another mechanic.

First service very friendly and accommodating. Afterwards, I went back there because my airbag light was on, they resoldered the wires (40€) but 24 hours later the light came back on, I took it back to the garage, they resoldered, and when I returned to the garage, the boss admitted that the soldering was badly done and asked me for 51€. This is clearly a technique to force you to come back to them after a job badly done. I recommend this garage for the first repair only.

It's a small, family-run garage where you can go with complete confidence, chat with the owner, and get repairs done for less than at a dealership, with fewer staff. They did my 20,000 km service. Impeccable, very professional staff, and the owner is super friendly, both there and at the office. Thank you!

Only good things, it's a small, extremely friendly family business and garages, how we would like to see them much more often, I travel a lot because I'm a musician and I can tell you that small garages like this are very difficult to find. Go if you have your eyes closed👍👍👍👍👍
