My opinion is justified because after a phone call, these people didn't even bother to look up a price for four tires, mounting, balancing, valves, and wheel alignment. I was given very poor information, practically hung up on me. So, I'm taking the liberty—I have the right, and I'm taking advantage of it—where's the professionalism? You want an answer? Here it is. In any case, I wasn't mistaken.
