Very bad experience. After a repair, my rear wiper wasn't working. They told me it was the motor and that there was no fuse. Fortunately, after an internet search, there was a fuse for the rear wiper. Then, still following the same repair, I just noticed today that the cruise control had been broken and fixed with zip ties.
Really disappointed 😞

Horrible experience. We came all the way from the Dordogne (a 7-hour train ride) to buy a van. We clearly stated that we were coming from far away and that they should let us know in case of any defects, that we wouldn't be making any trips, but there was nothing to report, the vehicle was big enough for us to sleep in, exactly what we were looking for. Once we arrived, the bodywork was completely scratched, the interior was the same, a fixed partition limited the length of the trunk to 1.10 meters, and, most importantly, the vehicle's specifications didn't even match the sales contract... And we were practically yelled at for being misinformed and for making the trip to buy a car from them. We had to fight to get compensation for the trip, and the manager even dared to say we were wasting his time!

We recently purchased a car from this Citroën dealership. Mr. Arnaud Duchene, the salesman, provided us with all the necessary information to make our decision, in an honest and extremely competent manner. He took the time to assist us even though we didn't have an appointment on our first visit. We appreciated his kindness, expertise, and availability. We are delighted to have purchased our vehicle from them and highly recommend this dealership.
