Took us in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon to reassure us and check the front right axle of the truck when it was making a loud noise. We were able to leave without any problem 30 minutes later! Thank you very much!

Hello,
The lady at reception is very friendly. She's honest and cheerful.
I regularly order parts from them. Apart from the exorbitant prices on some parts, which are not their fault, the parts are generally delivered the day after the order.
I wanted to adjust the front fog lights, whereas a garage would have charged me the same price. She preferred to be honest and tell me that it wouldn't do much good and that they would be out of adjustment within a week due to road vibrations. So I recommend them for their honesty.

I needed a very quick opinion (it was 4:00 PM and the garage closed at 6:00 PM) about whether it was safe to drive again; I had never been to this establishment before, and their schedule was quite full that day.
In short: they were attentive, understanding, and were able to quickly resolve my problem (luckily not serious) without asking for anything in return. Thank you again!

More than positive experience! I showed up without an appointment for a problem related to one of my rearview mirrors and urgently needed it before a long trip. The manager took the time to look at the problem, resolved it and didn't want to be paid.... A huge thank you!
