When I bought my Dacia Duster, Jean Charles gave me excellent advice regarding the vehicle and the extended warranty. I left my old Renault Clio with them for a few days for a complete service before its MOT (French roadworthiness test). A few repairs were needed, and it passed the test. Mr. Brochard told me when I bought the Duster that the garage's policy was customer satisfaction. I can confirm that this is indeed the case. On my two-year-old used Duster, there was a problem with the trunk lock, which the garage replaced under warranty. A few days later, I had a problem with the Clio a few kilometers from the garage. A simple phone call was all it took for the mechanic to come out quickly and look at the problem. It was fixed on the spot instantly. All this to conclude that I am completely satisfied with Garage Bellevue and I highly recommend them.

Jean-Charles was very reassuring; he listened to my concerns. I felt completely confident in him; he knows how to advise you like no one else. A truly excellent garage—don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

I was on holiday with my family in Deux-Sèvres for the holidays when a relative told me my front tires were completely bald. I contacted Garage Bellevue Automobiles on a Monday morning at 10:00 AM and spoke with a very kind woman who explained that the workshop manager wasn't available, but she nevertheless took the time to note my tire size and listen to my problem, which was to change my tires the next day at the latest before I could safely drive back to my home department. She then told me that the workshop manager would call me back as soon as he had a moment. At 2:30 PM that afternoon, the workshop manager (Jordane) did indeed call me back to give me the price and to tell me that he could order the tires that same day so I could have them the next day and replace them. So I went to the appointment on Tuesday at 11 am and they even took the time to check my fluid levels and change a lightbulb (after asking my permission) which was also faulty. A very good garage, welcoming, impeccable service and great responsiveness. I highly recommend it to people in the area; I wish I had a garage like that near my home... Thank you to the lady who answered my call, Michèle (I think), and a big thank you to Jordane, the workshop manager, for his responsiveness and great professionalism.

My vehicle was towed to Bellevue Automobile following a critical breakdown on the highway. Although the vehicle ultimately had to be taken care of by the brand's own network due to manufacturer warranty issues, Bellevue was extremely kind and helpful, from the initial handling, diagnostics, and storage without any storage fees. Thank you for everything.
