Impeccable service and a top-notch team! "I recommend this center 100%! The staff is welcoming and very professional, with excellent mechanics. During my visit to the Feu Vert Sedan center at the end of January, I stopped by to buy two windshield wiper blades. Although the first salesperson hesitated slightly about the model, his colleague immediately took over and advised me on the correct ones. The installation was very quick, as was the tire inflation, and the team was incredibly friendly. I even left a small tip for the mechanic for his efficiency. I will gladly return!"

Excellent, well-run garage. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the workshop service. It's becoming rare to find such welcoming and competent mechanics. Excellent experience at Feu Vert in Sedan The welcome was fantastic, the team was super professional, friendly, and attentive. I came in for a noise issue and an engine warning light problem on my Audi A1 (PS: the diagnosis was quick, the explanations very clear, and there were no unpleasant surprises). The repair was done quickly and with great care, and the car has been running perfectly ever since. You can tell they really care about their customers and their vehicles. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about: efficiency, friendliness, and trustworthiness. I recommend them 100% and I will definitely be back.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. I had my rear brake kit replaced and nothing works... Mechanics or clowns? One star is still too much. In response to Feu Vert's comment, here's a summary of the facts: after a vehicle inspection where I was informed of a rear brake problem, I went to your garage (on the recommendation of a friend) and made an appointment (the technician was very professional and friendly). After the repair, I noticed a braking problem... or rather, a lack of braking, since the car barely braked at all!!! (So much for safety!) So I went back to your workshop and explained the problem, and they gave me another appointment to fix it. I picked up my vehicle, which, admittedly, braked better than when it arrived at the garage... (at the same time, it was hard to do worse). On Thursday, February 12, 2026, I took my vehicle back for its MOT (French roadworthiness test), where I was informed that there was still a problem with the rear brakes. After demonstrating it, I saw that with the handbrake engaged, one wheel was locked and the other completely free, spinning without any resistance! I returned to your garage, where they immediately suggested I look at the brakes for the umpteenth time, which I accepted without a word. I want to emphasize that I didn't say anything each time I came; I didn't complain because to err is human... except that when I came to pick up my vehicle an hour later, I was completely ignored, not even a word to tell me if the car was ready. I spent almost 25 minutes just hanging around the shop, and yes, maybe I should have gone into the workshop to get some information since everyone was there, but oh well, that's not really a customer's place... I felt like I was being taken for a ride, and that's when I left you my feedback. I'm aware that dealing with a dissatisfied customer isn't easy, and I remained courteous and patient throughout. I wasn't asking for fawning or sugar-coated smiles, just a little consideration. Furthermore, you're highlighting the fact that the work was done free of charge! That's the last straw! If the job had been done properly from the start, I wouldn't have come back (by the way, we're talking about brake work, not an air conditioning recharge, but still...). A small piece of information you've probably forgotten: I'm going to have to go through another re-inspection, which I'll have to pay for a second time because YOU didn't do your job properly. I'm the one who has to pay the costs, not you! Furthermore, I have no record of your calls or messages on my answering machine, and no, I'm not hiding behind a screen. If I have another problem at my next re-inspection, I'll find my way to your garage, don't worry. Best of luck to you.
