I booked three times for a summer/winter Tyre exchange appointment, two in the store in Ferney, and once in the store in Segny. All the times the appointment have been cancelled by the store without any explanation given and despite having a free slot on the booking online service.

Went there for a “vidange”, booked a RDV online. After inputting the licence plate number, I was suggested to do a “recharge clim” which was on promotion. Thought to myself why not, even tho the air-con on my car worked very well. 2 days before “vidange” air con was still very strong. On the day of vidange Fert Vert said it’s not the right model I have paid (why would their website suggest me to add this then?!) Ok we agreed to leave it since my air-con was still working very strong. However the next time I drive, the air-con doesn’t work anymore, not even a tiny drop of cold air. Unbelievable.

I was a little bit worried because of the bad reviews and because I don't speak french really well.
I arrived half an hour late and they were really kind and professional. The reparations were fast, the price was great and they tried hard to understand me.

An excellent team and very accommodative. Without RDV ARRIVED late in Friday, they quick looked at the matter and fix it. Thank you to the entire team and especially Ion!

cancelled my first order of tires, but got fresh ones a week later. Took longer than an hour to fit only a pair, be patient
