Hello
After making an appointment for a service and technical inspection, I dropped off my Renault Capture vehicle, which had barely covered 46,000 km.
I asked for a quote for around €500, I was told. I asked for a check.
When I picked up my vehicle, I paid €552.
The mechanic accompanied me to my vehicle. I asked him about the tires, and he told me they had changed the tires, which they had forgotten to charge for, as well as the discs and brakes! What a surprise 😲 😲
I asked him how much it cost, and he told me around €800.
I told him you weren't allowed to do the work without notifying me!!! Not a single phone call.
The next day, they called me and presented me with a bill for €843.
€1,400 for a car with 46,000 km.
I should never have paid. If I hadn't asked about the tires, what would have happened?
Very dissatisfied
I should point out that the staff is friendly.

Repaired at 9 a.m. for a screw stuck in the tire. A super warm welcome, and a manager who took care of the repair himself in just 20 minutes, despite an already full schedule. Thanks for saving my day!

Having gotten a flat tire near the garage, I received a very warm welcome and was seen to my car very quickly, without an appointment. I was able to leave within two hours, even though the tire was beyond repair and they had to find a new one urgently! Thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and customer service.
