After breaking down in Billy on Sunday, Monday we called the garage and John Baptiste was with us in 10mins and diagnosed the problem. By 5pm he had acquired the new parts and fitted and tested the van. What a star, fantastic. 10 stars would be more appropriate than 5. Thank you John.

I'm sharing my experience with this garage: Be careful, they give you two different quotes and charge you for both.
What I can say is that they're scammers because I just came to change the timing belt, and the guy charged me other fees other than the timing belt without my consent, just to brag about doing a good job because he has a bad reputation.
No arrangement for payment in installments because the garage only accepts two installments, no more (first payment by credit card and the second by check that isn't deposited on the day you requested).
I've already heard of this, but I understand better why this garage has a bad reputation if there's no professionalism.

Passing through the area on our way to Beauval, the mechanic was incredibly helpful after we had a warning light come on. Despite being very busy, he took the time to run a diagnostic check and explain what the problem was. In the end, it was nothing serious, and we were able to get back on the road without any stress!

On my way back to Normandy, I had the unpleasant surprise of breaking down late Friday afternoon: a diesel leak on my Ducato 250. No parts were in stock, so I had to wait until Monday morning for the repair. Three days stuck in the garage parking lot, in the sweltering heat... Not ideal!
But fortunately, I could count on the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, who did everything he could to get me back on the road as smoothly as possible. A huge thank you to him for his professionalism and hospitality despite the circumstances!

While on holiday in Blois for a few days, our AdBlue injector failed. Panic ensued, as we were far from home and the return journey was complicated. After several Peugeot garages turned us away, we were fortunate enough to find Mr. Richoux, who handled our urgent situation with kindness and professionalism.
Thanks to him and his team, we were able to finish our holiday and return home without any problems.
Five stars don't express our gratitude enough.
