He immediately offered to order and replace the part, with the vehicle returned to me that afternoon.

Wonderful professionals! A breakdown surprised us the day before we were due to head home (about 600 km), so it was a real hassle. The problem was immediately identified (the alternator). Since they didn't have the part and couldn't install it in time, the mechanic called a nearby garage, which could get us the part that same day. And to top it all off, a colleague drove us there first, as we weren't familiar with the area. All this without asking for a penny and with a smile! We happily recommend this garage!
