I went to the Renault garage in Trelfes on the Sevran road. I was greeted kindly - by the owner - always with a smile - and the appointment was very quick. I recommend this garage. It deserves its 5 stars. Mr. Coste JF AULNAY SOUS BOIS

I gave my Fiat 500 vehicle for bodywork repairs in this garage and I am extremely satisfied with the work carried out. In addition to having received a clean car inside and out, I was very well received by the gentleman who was very friendly and full of humor. I recommend this garage and will come back.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Garage Les Trèfles Renault in Sevran. I dropped off my car on December 6th for bodywork and window repairs, as this garage is Macif-approved. To my great regret, during the repairs, they damaged my driver's seat, which was in perfect condition before. Now my seat has tears, and there are shards of glass under the fabric, forming dents visible to the naked eye. This causes me significant discomfort, as the shards of glass sting me when I sit down. I had the damage assessed by my insurance company, Macif, and the adjuster appointed for this claim. They acknowledged the garage's fault and stated that they should repair my seat at their expense. Since February 9th, I have been waiting for the garage to repair my seat. It is now May 23rd, and I still haven't heard anything from them. They don't respond to emails and keep calling me back and forth. They don't take responsibility. The reception staff are dishonest and refuse to acknowledge the damage caused by their garage. I advise you to move on and find another garage. There are plenty that are much more competent and professional.

I dropped off my vehicle for a mechanical problem and never received a repair estimate. Instead, they charged me €78 without providing a report detailing the issues that needed fixing. They still kept the vehicle for a week and drove it nearly 35 km! If that's not incompetence, I don't know what is. The receptionist is very unpleasant, except when you're handing her a check.

We are very disappointed with the repairs carried out on our vehicle (Ford Fiesta). We were previous customers of the garage, and our insurance company asked us to contact the garage for bodywork repairs. It is simply unacceptable to recover a car in this condition. Not a single thing was done correctly. The plastics are scratched, the color is not the same as the original paint, and there are stains under the varnish. The windows do not go up or down properly. All the interior plastics on the doors are also scratched, scraped, or pinched and poorly reassembled. The replacement materials are not original and do not look new. The moldings are damaged. The expert seems to be in cahoots with the garage (Creativ Auto in Chelles) because he did not inspect the work and did not respond to our various letters of dissatisfaction. It is not normal for the expert to say nothing. Moreover, some of the reported items weren't even checked or replaced. A zero.
