After having a vehicle vandalized, the garage just made the situation worse, missing parts on my vehicle, and part windshield badly reinstalled, result in every rain or wash the interior is also washed, not pleasant person, when I noticed that the rod which holds the hood had disappeared! A horror, I showed up for a repair, and the "boss," as he calls himself, greeted me.
The day before, Norauto gave me a quote for a part that only a Citroën garage could replace. I explained the situation to "the boss." He barely let me finish explaining before refusing to take charge of my vehicle, with the following reason: "I don't go after Norauto, I have a huge amount of work, I only have one mechanic, I take care of my customers from A to Z or nothing. It's like when you go to a restaurant, you don't get your starter in one restaurant and your dessert in another." The latter rejected me at a neighboring dealership (the one in Aulnay-sous-Bois). It's a disgrace! Run away!

Vehicle dropped off 3 times in a row in one month with a large bill each time and the feeling of being taken for a ride. Finished, I'm changing creameries.
