While passing through the area for vacation, we had a problem with our vehicle. Patrick welcomed us and took care of us with great sympathy. He offers excellent advice and is very personable. We thank you again for this wonderful experience.

Passing through as a tourist, very well received, timing belt problem, repaired overnight even though it was a few days before the annual holiday and the mechanic's workshop was very busy. We were even taken by car to the car rental company. I breathed a big sigh and the vacation was able to continue.

Look elsewhere...
We had the warning light on and the AdBlue alarm going off every 50km, with the risk of not being able to return home given the distance. A 10-minute connection to the toolbox would have reset the system and ensured a 1,200km return journey. The very understanding secretary went to see a mechanic who told us that the toolbox was being used "continuously" all week... and that he couldn't find us a 15-minute slot. He simply asked us to call his colleagues in the surrounding towns. The nearest Peugeot garage nearby told us that we were the fourth customers of this dealership to be turned away and that they were fed up with this person's bad faith attitude. Fortunately, we found another Peugeot garage in Serres who kindly and professionally helped us out within the next hour.

Unfortunately, we weren't even given a chance to speak. We were immediately shown a piece of paper: "By appointment only" and told to come back to the SEP.
