In a word, "Incompetence."
Incapable of doing a wheel alignment on a Maserati, worse, they blamed defective parts (they said the control arm needed replacing). The vehicle was completely out of alignment, and they returned the wrench covered in oil (I asked them to clean it; I couldn't put it in my pocket in that condition). As proof, I made another appointment the following week at a different Euromaster center in Toulon La Garde for the same service (tire replacement and wheel alignment). They spent over two hours redoing all the adjustments (camber and toe) while respecting the manufacturer's recommendations (the adjustment components are difficult to access if you bother to look for them). The result: perfect alignment and no defective parts. As a bonus, they gave me the wheel alignment for free.

Excellent service. I came in with a flat tire just before returning from vacation. The receptionist immediately found the tiny screw in the tire and gave me an appointment very quickly. The repair was handled with the same high quality. It just goes to show that Six-Fours isn't only great for its beaches!

Knowing Euromaster's recurring logistical problems, before coming to my appointment I made sure everything was in order, and the receptionist assured me it was over the phone. I arrived for my appointment the same day with the same person, and after loading my car onto the rack, I was told they didn't have my tires... What incompetence and what a waste of time!
