Hello.
A slightly belated update due to illness.
We purchased a Renault Captur on June 30, 2025. At first glance, three damaged rims were noted. David immediately offered to have them restored. On the front passenger door, there was a visible mark of crumpled metal. Again, dent removal on the areas where possible was noted on the order form.
To our great surprise, upon receiving the vehicle, the rims had been refurbished. However, nothing had been done on the door.
First disappointment!!
Once home, we discovered that the lower front bumper was scratched on both sides. (Not visible when close to the vehicle).
Second disappointment!!
On Saturday, for the first time, we opened the right rear door. And there we discovered a dent on the inner pillar with traces of white paint still visible!
Third disappointment!!
On the other three doors, dents are more or less visible depending on the angle of the light!
Fourth disappointment.
We believe it would have been appropriate to show us these imperfections transparently, as it's quite clear that we wouldn't have bought this vehicle otherwise.
