My car broke down in town, and I was pleased to see the tow truck arrive at the time indicated by my insurance company. I was even able to track his arrival on a map, using a link sent to my mobile phone!
Friendly and helpful, he quickly diagnosed the problem and skillfully repaired it.

This company is a complete disaster. They are utterly unprofessional, especially the manager, who was incredibly rude when I told her I'd been waiting for repairs for three hours. She threatened to suspend the service call because I made a negative comment. This woman is odious, showing absolutely no empathy for a distressed customer. She's ill-mannered and clearly very insecure, because to be so hateful, she must not have many friends or be well-liked. On the other hand, the young man who came to help was incredibly kind and helpful. Good luck to you having to deal with such a viper. My insurance company has taken my complaint against this malicious and disgusting individual.

Worst tow truck service in the department. After my accident on the highway, Chapuy called to remove my vehicle. After removal, we confirmed the vehicle's storage location was at an insurance-approved garage, not the tow truck company's premises. A week later, the insurance adjuster called to ask where my vehicle was. It turns out the tow truck company had taken it back to their dealership and are now charging my insurance company for its storage.
A complaint has been filed with Vinci Autoroutes. I urge you all to do the same if you have a similar problem.

Vehicle broken down. Assistance contacted at 12:30 p.m. Chapuis is dispatched to help me. Scheduled time: 1:30 p.m. Normal.
At 4 p.m., still nothing. I'm in my car, not without having spoken to the company on the phone three times. All three times, they tell me the repairman will arrive in 20 to 30 minutes. But nothing, no one... And finally, faced with my exasperation and discouragement, the last person on the line hangs up on me.
Run away!!!! And I don't understand how an insurance company like AXA can rely on people with such a poor sense of service.

If I could give zero stars, I would have already.
The receptionist is incredibly unpleasant and makes me not want to call you.
When we asked about the car, the person on the phone was incredibly rude and aggressive, treating us like we were dogs. In the future, Madam Receptionist, please be more understanding towards your customers! 2026 is coming soon, so make this a New Year's resolution.
In any case, I will never be returning to your establishment.
