I am extremely satisfied with my visit to the Renault garage in Sombernon for the replacement of my four tires, purchased from AlloPneus, and a wheel alignment on my Toyota Verso. The welcome was warm, the team was very professional, and the work was carried out remarkably quickly.
The result is impeccable; you can tell the work was done with care and attention to detail. And on top of that, they were kind enough to properly reposition my rear bumper and change the battery in my key, even though it wasn't scheduled! A gesture that truly makes a difference and demonstrates their commitment to customer service.
Honestly, a top-notch garage, the kind you wish you saw more often. I highly recommend them!

I confirm the negative opinions and more; When I saw a DPF fault on my dashboard, I immediately stopped on the emergency lane of the A6; The car was taken to this Renault dealership; The next day the head workshop manager, "advisor", called us and verbally presented his quote of €3,500; As I had looked at the prices in Paris where I live, I actually said to my wife who was his contact, "What, how much? No, but it's more expensive than the market value of the vehicle" instead of negotiating or explaining, he said "Who's Braille?" Implying I'm an ass; We politely asked him if it was possible to clean the DPF instead of changing it. He sent us a quote of €1,750 the next day, Saturday! We then asked to send the vehicle to another garage which had agreed to check, and which has many, all the Positive Opinions; For the 28 km transport (in the countryside and on the motorway, he asked for €280! The other mechanic asked me for €80! I'll stop there because my car was running perfectly without any problems apart from the dashboard display, and he handed it over to my transporter with a flat battery; To get revenge? Be careful, he charged me €269 for the diagnostic case (€89) and six days of storage costs €30/day €180; I don't want you to fall into the hands of Mr Jean Baptiste.

Having been towed to the garage after a flat tire on the highway, I warmly thank the manager who immediately took care of finding me tires. I was able to leave a few hours later with my vehicle. I highly recommend this garage for its professionalism, its welcome, and its kindness.

I called this Sunday to get the opening hours on the answering machine. A person answered me, practically insulting me for calling on a Sunday. I advise this gentleman to put an answering machine instead of feeling attacked. Another piece of advice: don't call them, you risk disturbing them...

The mechanic thinks he's a boss, speaks coldly and disrespectfully. He told me I had to pay for the towing, even though my insurance company covers it. No welcome, no explanation, just cash.
