Disastrous experience at this Renault garage. I took my Trafic in for a simple complete oil change with all the filters. Not only was the basic work not properly done, but the vehicle came out with new serious problems. A diesel leak appeared, damaging the alternator to the point of rendering it unusable. In addition, the button on my truck key was completely ripped off. Since this visit, I have had nothing but problems with my vehicle. I finally had to take it to Peugeot to have all the damage caused by the incompetence of this Renault garage repaired. I wanted to support a local garage and trust the brand of my vehicle, but I bitterly regret it. Absolutely avoid if you don't want to end up with more problems than when you started.

A very warm welcome for a first visit.
I was looking for a reliable mechanic and I found one.
They offered me recycled parts to reduce my bill, which I appreciated.
They provided me with a loaner vehicle and contacted me to confirm the planned work and get my approval.
I am completely satisfied with the service. Aside from thanking them for the welcome and the service, I have nothing more to add.

An excellent garage where you can leave your vehicle with complete confidence! The manager is very kind and is available to answer all your needs and requests regarding your vehicle. He offers excellent advice and has a great team of mechanics!

Garage Dynam, which I've known for over 20 years, provides excellent advice, thanks to Yves and his entire team for their professionalism and sound advice. Before any work is done, they provide excellent communication on the price, with no surprises when it comes to invoicing. I have a Citroën that's over 25 years old. The garage struggles every time to find original or used parts, but there's always a solution with time and patience. Thank you, boss. Of course, when you pick up your car, you go through the invoicing process, where Alexandra is pleasant, smiling, and very competent.
