A first for me! I contacted Ford about a coolant leak (the reservoir was empty... after a month of checking the levels), but they couldn't get me an appointment until December 24th, even though it was urgent. So I went to this friendly little garage my parents are used to. They took me in right away, and in 10 minutes they diagnosed the first leak (the coolant reservoir) and gave me a quote. The next day, I got a call saying the EGR valve was also leaking. No tricks, since they called me to show me directly and give me a choice. So I had the repairs done. In less than two days, my car was ready. I'm more than satisfied. They also gave me a free diagnosis of the front brake pads... they'll change them in 4,000 to 6,000 km (which will be done well before then). They've gained a customer.
The staff are welcoming and friendly... but above all, they know their stuff. That's rare these days.
