5 stars for the Souchez garage! Friendly and pleasant staff. No complaints. I've been going there regularly for 3 years now. Never a single problem. It's always a pleasure.

Run away!!!!! Dishonest, conman "boss"!! I initially took a vehicle to him for an electronic fault: he did a diagnostic with a case for which he charged me €70 but couldn't tell me where the problem was coming from, so he recommended another garage specializing in electronics, which detected the fault immediately. In fact, electronic cables were swimming in water at the rear of my vehicle (more precisely in the trunk), which caused the radio, reversing radar, lights, indicators, speedometer, ventilation, ignition, etc. to malfunction. The second qualified mechanic doesn't understand how he could charge me for a diagnostic without detecting the problem because if he had walked around the vehicle (which he should have done), he would have seen it immediately, just like him! (But the garage in La Souchez "put a case in the bag," so it deserves compensation, according to him.) Then he also replaced the reversing sensor, which he charged me €90 for. As a result, it was useless because after the replacement, the radar still wasn't working. So I went back: HE WOULD NOT REFUND ME THE €90 because, according to him, that's what his case would have told him, and the part had been ordered in any case. So I asked him for proof or a report on the case, which he was never able to give me! Then he cleaned my particle filter because it was clogged: billed €300. The second mechanic told me my car "stinks" and that the DPF needs to be replaced because it's really clogged. So I told him the garage in La Soulez had just cleaned the DPF for €300 because, according to him, that would be enough. As a result, the car still has no "power" and is having acceleration problems. After consulting the competent mechanic, I went back to the garage in La Soulez. He told me he'd refund me the €300, deducting it from the full DPF replacement bill if I went through him. I went back about two months later (not much time available depending on my work): he told me the offer was no longer valid. So I informed him of his dubious and dishonest practices toward me, reminding him that he had already extorted €70 from me for a faulty diagnosis, €90 for a replacement reversing radar sensor even though the sensor was in perfect condition, and then €300 for a DPF cleaning that served no purpose. This individual, who has no sense of professionalism and no scruples, became annoyed and told me to leave his garage. He also said that, according to him, I would be "poor" because when you drive a BMW, you have your maintenance done at BMW's, not his. And again, it wasn't his fault if I was driving a "rotten" car. Given his mediocrity and obvious lack of intelligence, I prefer to leave the garage and file a complaint!

Feeling while driving that one of my tires was underinflated, I stopped in front of the garage, got out of the car and walked into the workshop. I ask one of the mechanics if it's possible to check the pressure. He kindly replied yes and asked me to bring my vehicle into the entrance of the workshop. What I do... Then another gentleman arrives (probably the boss?) who asks me if I'm a regular customer. No, I'm just passing through... He then replies that you don't enter his garage like a mill... It's up to you! I got back in the car and left! Charming mechanic! Thank you for your kindness! Fortunately, a few kilometers away I found a friendly mechanic ready to kindly help out anyone who comes to ask for service. Yes, it still exists...
