Friendly welcome on the phone.
I had a problem with my air conditioning.
I called on Thursday, August 14th.
They told me to email us the details of your car and the problem so we can see what we can do next week.
It was perfect because we were supposed to leave on August 24th, and it would be good if we had air conditioning for the 7-hour drive.
No news on Monday the 18th, no news on Tuesday the 19th. I emailed again, called back, and got no response.
In the end, no news at all.
The garage must have blown up, or they finally decided to go on vacation.
In short, 2 stars.

I sincerely thank this garage for addressing the breakdown of my vehicle. While on holiday in the Landes region, I received excellent service, both in terms of the repair process and the adherence to the deadlines set by my rental car insurance. This garage did everything possible to ensure I could return home on time. They are excellent professionals, and I highly recommend them – a rare find these days.
