Exemplary service with Philippe – a real difference!
After a very disappointing first experience with another salesperson at a different Renault dealership, we were genuinely hesitant to continue with the brand. A lack of listening skills, little involvement, and an approach that didn't inspire any confidence whatsoever… We were ready to give up on the idea.
Fortunately, our paths crossed with Philippe's in Saint Donat, and everything changed. From our very first interactions, he restored our confidence. Professional, warm, attentive, and perfectly informed, he not only met our expectations but exceeded them. He took the time to understand our needs, advised us with clarity and transparency, and provided exemplary support right up to the delivery of our electric car.
And what a car! We were offered an electric Scenic, and we are absolutely delighted with it. It's incredibly comfortable, quiet, and a pleasure to drive… It's a real joy on every journey. We simply love it!

The various people working at this garage are very friendly and take the time to listen to customers' situations. They explain the work to be done well. Vehicle handling is simple and they carry out repairs quickly.

30,000 km service on my utility vehicle + rebalancing that a nearby garage was unable to do properly following the tire change (they did rebalance twice). Perfect.
