Avoid this garage. A 2011 CITROËN C4 Picasso was purchased for €7,500 in March 2023 with 185,000 km.
After 3 months, the garage paid half the cost of replacing the four injectors, which was only half the €2,500 cost for a vehicle still under warranty. There's a constant problem with the DPF, which I was told had been replaced. I replaced it at my own expense for €550 in September 2023. Then I changed the shock absorbers and brake pads the same year. The flywheel and clutch cost €1,600, and the air conditioning compressor cost €850. All that in 2 years. Well done for a well-established dealership. Hello, scam.

My elderly parents used their services for troubleshooting. They received a completely exorbitant bill. Customer transparency was nonexistent; this garage should be avoided.

Unwelcoming staff.
They refused to take my car in even though the Citroën assistant asked me for proof of space in the garage.

While out on my motorcycle, I accidentally lost my license plate. I stopped at a professional parts specialist to help me get it fixed. I met the manager of the Citroën workshop, who offered to fix it for me, and it was free. Thanks to him and the employee who helped me 🥳

We came in for a shock absorber problem. We received a very warm welcome, and the owner was very friendly; he agreed to let us come in for a checkup. The problem was quickly identified, and no one pressured us into buying anything.
Professionalism and kindness are the order of the day; we highly recommend them!
