Timing belt replacement. Three days later, the pulley bolts came loose, and one fell out. A phone call: we had to tighten them ourselves before taking the car to them....
Upon arrival, the reception was cold and indifferent. The only possible gesture of goodwill: a discount on a future repair or oil change, no apologies even though the engine nearly fell through the car... I have absolutely no confidence in this garage.

This garage took my problem seriously even though I wasn't a customer. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and were able to resolve the issue without charging me a high price for their work. I highly recommend them.
