This garage is a Peugeot in name only!!
My car broke down on October 3rd, 2024, just 6 minutes from the garage. I contacted them to see if they could take my vehicle, given that I live over an hour away.
The manager told me there was no problem and that the repairs would be done within the week.
So I called my assistant, who took me and my daughter home in a taxi.
During the week, I didn't receive any calls, so I left them alone to avoid being that annoying customer who calls every five minutes. Seeing that the week was coming to an end and I still hadn't heard anything, I called the garage.
The manager then told me that they hadn't yet had time to look at my vehicle. I informed her that this is my main vehicle, that my loaner car from the insurance company was expiring, and that we absolutely needed the vehicle.
She told me she would look into it, but that parts needed to be ordered, parts that never arrived (breakdown on the highway), anyway. And that they already had a full schedule (so why did they say they could handle the repairs?).
After several lies from the manager and a month of waiting, I finally received a call telling me that my vehicle could be picked up on October 29, 2024.

Top-notch garage; they're very busy, but the owner gets her hands dirty working on the vehicles, is incredibly helpful, and saved the day by taking my car in and repairing it with the help of her team. Thank you so much, madam! 🥰🥰🥰

This garage was highly recommended to me for a DPF issue on my wife's 308, a problem that had already occurred and was covered under warranty by Peugeot.
The woman on the phone told me they don't handle warranty claims. I replied, "Warranties are covered throughout the Peugeot network."
The woman's response: "We're too small and don't have the time to deal with it." She was barely polite, too! So, oh well, I won't be going.
Too bad for them; they could have gotten a 308 HDI 150 hp and a 508 GT HDI 180 hp, and certainly a buyer for a future new or nearly new Peugeot!

I don't know if the receptionist is the owner, but the exchanges remain more than brief, and emails are never returned. I certainly bought a used Peugeot, but when you deal with a company like Peugeot, you expect more professionalism. When I picked up the car, I had to follow up several times to get an invoice that showed the 6-month warranty. However, regarding the service, I don't know if the oil filter was changed, like the air filter, cabin filter, or brake pad check.
Everything remains unclear.
I don't recommend this garage.
