Dishonest. They charged me for oil and coolant top-ups without my consent for work unrelated to the problem I brought my car to the garage for. I don't even know if they actually topped up the oil or just charged me 30 euros for consumables and labor. If they had told me, I would have topped it up myself; I have containers at home.

We have used this garage several times with different vehicles and have been consistently very disappointed with the service. Breakdowns are never resolved and they charge fees that are completely unjustified.
