This garage is acting in very bad faith. Cold and unpleasant. Not very professional. And they complain about customers and insurance companies. And they lie… One question… why are you aggressive and barking at customers? Avoid at all costs. They have too much work, but basically, if they don't have any work… Bad reputation. A victim of this garage. Even on the phone… it's terrifying. Completely unprofessional.

Very friendly at first, but really treats people like idiots. Avoid at all costs! A very bad experience with this mechanic. The towing went smoothly, but dropping my car off at the garage was a disaster. When unloading my vehicle, the flatbed truck hit the plastic engine cover. He had the nerve to say there was nothing wrong, even though when I had my vehicle towed home, the infamous oil pan was on the back of my van, broken of course, with screws stuck in a plug near the right door. He even had the nerve to tell the insurance company it wasn't his fault! I struggled to get reimbursed by Groupama insurance, which is also a disaster. After 25 years with them, it's a disgrace. Paying is no problem, but the day you break down, it's a catastrophe. They sent me to this so-called garage, which inflated the estimate to €2000 when it should have been €1000 including labor, and they couldn't even manage to fix it. I need to find the problem because he wanted me to replace many parts that had nothing to do with my issue, while the main faulty part was, among other things, the EGR cooler valve butterfly valve, which was broken and unfortunately went through the turbo, so the turbo is now ruined. And that's not all—I have plenty of videos and phone recordings.

We had no choice but to end up here. The repairman is annoying, does a poor job, talks directly to us about his customers who "slander" him. He's not smart, really... and ultimately, we understand the bad faith when we can't get any upfront rates and the bill is completely abusive. (We weren't fooled.) In short... avoid if you can. Garage approved by some insurance companies, but don't hesitate to refuse the service from this repairman, and if you can't, report the experience to your insurer.

I don't understand all these hateful comments and I don't share them! I thank Franck and his entire team for your professionalism and kindness towards me! I broke down on August 15th (a flat camper tire), and was quickly towed and taken to the garage. Despite the complexity of the repairs, you were able to offer me technical solutions that, after a visit from the expert and a check by my regular mechanic, proved to be very well done and certainly more durable than the original plastic one: a special thank you to your bodywork specialist! The damage may have been worsened during the repair, but this cannot be your fault since I had to evacuate urgently given the danger of my location (a bend on the edge of the forest). Thanks to you and the other shopkeepers in the village, what started as a huge hassle returning from vacation ended up as a forced but very enjoyable extension of my vacation. Thank you again for the car that allowed me to visit Le Puy and for the goodwill gesture regarding the repairs. So yes, the repairs are expensive, but no more so than at any other garage. Avoid this garage at all costs!!!! If they do the repair, don't sign anything or read the document carefully because it's a scam. The "MAN" says it's a repair and includes a diagnostic check, but then he calls and quotes €130.00. He performs the diagnostic check and supposedly repairs the car, plus a bill of over €400.00, and the car leaves only to break down again. Don't trust him. I have no choice but to give 1 star, but if I could give 0, I would!!!!
