After having my various company cars serviced for several years, and just after signing a quote for over €2,000, several warning lights came on related to my braking system. I called just to find out if it was serious. They said I needed to make an appointment and that the next available slot was in six weeks. I insisted, "I'm a regular customer," "I just want to know if it's dangerous to drive or not," etc., and they told me, as if I were an idiot, "You need to make an appointment," "You need to make an appointment," "You need to make an appointment."
I tried calling again, same story.
I will never set foot in that garage again.

Impeccable work and results.
I dropped off my car for repairs following an accident.

Very quick to get in front of the expert, via remote photo for a loan diagnostic.
The appointment was made in less than 15 days despite the holidays. It's a shame there wasn't a loaner vehicle available at the time; that might have swayed me towards this brand.
Careful, fast, and very clean work.
The relationship with the contact person was excellent, via text or phone, which obviously meant 50 round trips and perfect attention to follow up on the customer's file.
A nice little touch, a deep wash of the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
Very good experience with this garage.
Parking available and easy to park.
