This is your company car, as it's often parked in the middle of the road... Please take action, as it's outrageous to leave a company car in the middle of a bus lane every day.

Excellent garage! Despite my being late, my car was ready by 5 pm for a complete service on my C5, including brake pads.
Professionalism, speed, and friendliness. They gave great advice. The receptionist was very pleasant. I highly recommend this garage.

Very disappointing experience at this garage.
First of all, I was not offered a used part. Following a problem with my ECU, Mr. Herberich offered me a quote for a "new" part only, claiming that a used part wouldn't work and that only a new one was acceptable. He asked for a 30% deposit, but couldn't guarantee a delivery date for the part. I accepted, thinking it was necessary.
However, I later learned that the part was no longer produced or available. After consulting other professionals, it turns out that used ECUs are not only commonly used for my type of vehicle, but also a viable solution. Despite this, no alternative was sought, insisting that I pay an exorbitant price for his supposedly "new" part, or that I give him my vehicle for free.
I tried several times to offer solutions, but they failed without any explanation or further research. Finally, I had my vehicle towed to another garage, where it restarted immediately thanks to a perfectly functioning used ECU.
Incompetence or scam? You be the judge.
I regret not paying attention to the reviews of other customers, particularly students, who had already reported problems with this garage. Finally, I am also very disappointed by the lack of communication: no effort was made to explain the problem with my car, even though the mechanic easily communicated with my partner—who, ironically, has no knowledge of car mechanics.
