I recently had my oil changed and I'm very satisfied with the service. The welcome was professional and friendly, the deadlines were met, and the work was done carefully. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, without being pushy. My car was returned to me clean and in perfect working order.

Here is the letter I sent by email to Mr. Grude.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction. After having my vehicle serviced by the manufacturer at your garage, an oil leak reappeared after a few hundred kilometers, while I was going on vacation. You assured me that the car was "perfect."
This breakdown ruined our vacation and our morale. The vehicle remained immobilized for more than seven weeks at the Peugeot garage in Clermont-Ferrand, without a loaner vehicle during this period.
We had to pay the bill and the towing fees, without any goodwill or recognition from you. Furthermore, the vacation lost due to this breakdown was not reimbursed or compensated.
I have always entrusted the maintenance of my vehicle to your garage, but today I am very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and consideration I received.

The garage indicated they would get back to me, but after two calls from me, they simply told me the owner was busy. So I gave up due to lack of follow-up.
Also note that since the belt change a year ago, the car has leaked twice. An outside mechanic confirmed that the work was poorly done.
So, this is a garage to avoid!!!!!!!!

A very professional, attentive, and responsive garage. My Peugeot 2008 had an engine warning light issue and an AdBlue problem, and they fixed it the same day.
I highly recommend this garage.
