I left my car with confidence after a repair that went smoothly for my partner.
That wasn't the case for my claim. The case wasn't handled properly, even though the garage was responsible for the vehicle. The mechanic wasn't qualified to do the work; he subcontracted without even informing me beforehand. If I hadn't sought out the information myself, I wouldn't have had any access to it. A claim that could have been resolved in one month took over four months... a complicated case that wasn't followed up as it should have been. Trusting someone who doesn't know how to do their job is a shame. A small gesture of goodwill for the trouble? No, they even asked me to pay my deductible despite the inconvenience.

A very bad experience at the Renault Suncar garage. My Clio 3 wouldn't start (ignition present, but nothing happened when I tried to start it): diagnosis = dead battery. Despite my doubts, I accepted the replacement. Invoice paid... but a few hours later, the same problem!
Back at the garage: this time, I was quoted over €4,000 in repairs for a new diagnosis, without ever acknowledging their initial error or offering any reimbursement. I refused and asked to get my car back. Again, a real obstacle course:
First time: battery already flat (even though it had just been replaced)
Second time: car not reassembled, covers removed
Third time: I was told it would be in front of the garage... nowhere to be seen. Luckily, the mechanic came back to the dealership for a repair (he had forgotten, even though he had offered me this solution a few hours earlier, finishing late) and was therefore able to let me in.
Today, I find myself with my vehicle still suffering from its original fault (if I had been given the correct diagnosis from the start, I wouldn't have incurred any expenses for the car) + a new battery that discharges after a few days (power consumption, thus an additional problem that wasn't present initially) and an unjustified bill.
A garage that charges without resolving the problems, that leaves a car incomplete, and that takes no responsibility for its mistakes. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible to find a solution.

Car breakdown on vacation, this garage was very responsive, providing a quick repair and was very welcoming.
The diagnosis and repair were completed within the day.

Unclean work
Poorly reassembled bumper and fender
Painting is also poor
And door disassembly with breakage and not cleaned
