Disappointing experience at Renault – service package not respected I had an appointment today for the service and technical inspection of a relative's vehicle at a Renault garage. The loaner vehicle is explicitly mentioned in the service package offer. However, this service was not offered to me spontaneously. When I requested it, the response was blunt: "We don't provide vehicles." Faced with this refusal, I asked for a gesture of goodwill in compensation. This was simply refused, which I consider a breach of the contractual commitment. Why pay for a service you can't have? The only response from the "professional" was: "Take back your vehicle," as if I was about to give in to some form of pressure. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the person replied confidently: "I can't work if there's no trust." "However, establishing a climate of trust is precisely the professional's responsibility, especially when they sell services they don't actually provide. Ultimately, this person saved me time by avoiding services that disrespect neither their commitments nor their clients. Conclusion: why continue to pay for so-called French brands like Renault, if you're going to receive this type of treatment?

After a long wait, I finally got my company ZOE back from the body shop. The repair was very well done, except for one small detail: the rear parcel shelf was completely stained and torn due to welding spatter. The bodywork was cleaned well after the repair, but the interior was full of dust. After complaining, the parcel shelf was replaced without any problem.

I hope to remove this review tomorrow evening... Simply scammers! After accepting their quote, I brought my car in to have repairs carried out with my MOT report. I picked up my car (€400) to present it for this re-inspection, but the MOT was not accepted, and the work billed for had not been completed! This garage closes at 6:00 p.m., and no one answered my call at 6:02 p.m. I went there anyway. A man doing his paperwork saw me but refused to come and signaled me from afar to come back tomorrow morning at 7:00 a.m.

Hello, I agree with many of the reviews, very haughty welcome! We came for a service according to our maintenance contract, and this garage did not want to take our car, using the excuse that Renault would refuse to reimburse them because a light had not come on... This was not our first experience (surprising due to their bad reception) with them. So we decided to go to another garage and they told us: a contract is a contract and it is even advisable to do the services according to the contract (light on or not), a guarantee that you take care of our car... And of course, our car was indeed serviced according to our contract and the rules of the art. We do not go to a garage to make friends but still, there is a minimum... Beyond professionalism, there is simply common sense: recognizing that people, long-time customers or not, know how to read a contract is a basic... Fortunately, other garages do not behave like this. I rarely give reviews of 'businesses', only excellent ones when I'm satisfied and when I'm not, I go my own way and look elsewhere, except that here, both the content and the form are simply unacceptable, and I'm probably not the only one to say so... I found that in this case, it was doing justice to the Customer approach given by this garage. I hope that my opinion will help other people to avoid this kind of completely unpleasant experience. If I had had the reflex to read the reviews, I think I would not have been spared this uselessness. Already, if I may say so, call before going there, half the time, the reception gives you a taste of their method... Yours faithfully.
