Very disappointed. Until now, I've always been very satisfied with the welcome and their services, but on March 1st, 2025, my Clio's battery died, and in a hurry, I bought another one (€253). When I got home, I checked my old invoice, and my battery was still under warranty. My partner went to report it. We were told that the procedures were lengthy... To this day, I'm still waiting for a refund, even though I gave them my bank details (at their request) 15 days ago...

Very good experience with Garage Barcet.
I bought a used car two months ago and I'm very satisfied with it (I'm not ready to change it). Very welcoming, available, super friendly. They took the time to show me the vehicle several times, to arrange several appointments, they walked me through every step of the process, and even took back my previous vehicle. I even had a short driving lesson from Mr. Barcet, which was very useful because it was my first automatic transmission. Thank you so much! I recommend them 100%; you can go there with your eyes closed! I wouldn't hesitate to use them for maintenance.
