I noticed that the "oil change" light hadn't come on for some time. It was probably turned off by a previous mechanic who wasn't my usual shop.
Due to inattention, I drove 25,000 km without an oil change! The Guichard garage took care of my vehicle immediately, knowing that my usual shop couldn't do it for another 15 days. Of course, I exceptionally needed my Ford Transit in mid-August for 10 days, covering 500 km, and no other shop was able to quickly perform an oil change!
15 days later, I had an engine problem (hose). This time, a light alerted me to the problem 30 km from Dijon.
When I arrived at Renault Talant, a diagnosis was immediately performed, and the repair was completed within two days.

That's it, I won't trust them with our car again. Their garage is outrageously expensive; they're only there to make a sale. Worn brake pads? They tell you to replace everything: front and rear discs and pads. Air conditioning recharge: €185, they change a battery for €9. And you didn't even ask! What would it cost them to do it for free when you have a bill of €550 for a service and air conditioning recharge? I understand why they have quick appointments, unlike other garages.
