I bought a vehicle from Thomas Garage in September. The vehicle was excellent, and the service at the garage was also very good. In November, we returned to the garage for a service. The service and repair were quick and the work was perfect.

The second garage owned by the Thomas brothers, after the one in Les Sables d'Olonne. A wide selection of vehicles of all makes. I visited a few years ago for a breakdown and maintenance on a van; everything was done quickly and properly; no complaints whatsoever.

A terrible experience. My friend brought his car in for repairs, and the bill was far too high, with the repairs poorly done due to other problems they had caused. The owner is very unpleasant. We were left with a €500 bill for nothing. We went to another garage that did the repairs for €120. Avoid at all costs!

Billed more than double the advertised "maximum price." No choice but to pay to get the vehicle back. Repairs billed as non-functional. Expert verdict = repair not performed. Garage that takes the liberty of crossing out comments written on the technical inspections. This is an official document; such practices are prohibited.
Avoid.
This garage takes urgent business; there's always room; this doesn't justify the overcharging, nor the way the elderly and women in particular are treated.

Having been used to the disdainful and dishonest dealerships and garages of the Paris region, I was able to appreciate a garage that was friendly, competent, and reasonable, "like in the old days"... Bravo and thank you to them!
