Buying a car is exciting. Buying a car for the first time in France is even more exciting! But Volkswagen Lavillauroy and in particular Dominique took away all our worries!
From the first moment, the communication was excellent and very friendly. Dominique answered our question thoroughly and quickly. By phone, by email, and with a mix of languages. He made sure we understood everything.
He informed us not only about the car but also about the administrative process, that we were not familiar with. This way we could make up our mind about our dream car quickly and confidently.
Once decided Dominique took care of all the paperwork. On the day we arrived to pick up the car we got an excellent explanation of all technical aspects. Based on our purchase experience we highly recommend this Volkswagen dealer in Tarbes!
